1.How can I know my order status?
Thanks for ordering from Royalme. Your order will immediately enter into our order processing system once you successfully placed an order! Our System will automatically send the tracking number to your email once your order’s shipped out. If you wanna know more details about your order status, please email service@royalme.com with your order number, our responsible colleague will check for you.
2. I placed an order, but never received a order confirmation email.
Our system will automatically send order confirmation email to you once you placed an order. If you don’t receive an email from RoyalMe.com, please check your personal spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. Please email service@royalme.com to get your order confirmation email.
3. How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Please notice that orders can’t be canceled once it’s shipped out. If you wanna change or cancel your order please send email to service@royalme.com for detailed instructions in 24 hours after placing your order.
4. What’s Your exchange & return policy?
We accept exchange and returns of unused products within 7 days after the date of delivery. Used,lace cut or altered products are not within our return guidelines. Shipping: 6.Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide by DHL & FedEx except for China and Brazil, due to the high value taxes.
5. Shipping address update:
If your order are still under processing, we can change the address for you. If your order has been shipped out, you may need to pay extra fee for it. So if you wanna change the address, please email service@royalme.com, our staff will help you within our working time: Sun-Fri: 8:00 PM--5:00AM (EST).
6. What's the shipping time?
Most of our wigs(with no custom days labeled) can be shipped out within 48 hours. Some wigs that need more days to get ready are stated with the exact custom days on the product page. After shipped out, it normally takes 2-5 working days to reach you.
7. Po.Box & Military Base PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
8. What are your shipping rates?
We offer free express shipping for all wigs.
9. Where do you ship to?
We provide international shipping by DHL & FedEx except for China and Brazil, due to the high value taxes.
10. What’s payment method can i use?
We accept payment from PayPal, credit card and debit card.
11. Do you offer Payment Plan/Installment Plan/After Pay?
So sorry that we now don’t offer after pay service on our website, but once we start to provide installment payment service, we will notify on both our official website and our social media account! Hair
12. What kind of hair is used to make the wigs?
All of our wigs are made with 100% virgin human hair.
13. Can the hair be dyed?
Yes, our hair is 100% human hair, you can dye the hair if you want,but pay attention to the bleached knots on the top, don't mess it up. Colored wigs can't be redyed into colors lighter than its original color. We don't customize colors for our wigs.
